Privacy Policy

The short version

This site has no accounts, no logins, and no forms. There is nothing here to submit. We collect anonymous, aggregated traffic analytics, and we receive whatever you choose to tell us if you email us. We do not sell personal information.

Information you give us

The contact option on this site displays our email address and opens your own mail application. Nothing you type is sent to us through this website. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use that only to respond to you and to keep a normal business record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically

We use two analytics services on this site:

• Vercel Analytics, which measures page views and traffic patterns in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
• Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies and similar technology to record pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and request details, for security and reliability purposes.

Cookies

The cookies on this site come from Google Analytics. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site, because nothing here depends on them.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, to understand which pages people find useful, and to keep the site available and secure. We do not use it for automated decision making and we do not build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business run:

• Vercel, for website hosting and analytics
• Google, for Analytics and for our business email
• Stripe, for invoicing and payment processing, and only for clients we actually bill

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.

Payments

Client payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We see only the invoice status and the last four digits of a payment method.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence is kept as long as it is useful for the business relationship and for the record-keeping period our accountant and the tax authorities expect. Analytics data is retained according to each provider’s default retention period.

Your choices

You can browse this site without telling us anything. You can block analytics cookies. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or want to know what we hold, write to us and we will handle it. California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, and may ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share it in the first place.

Children

This site is for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, the destination site has its own policy and we are not responsible for it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
