This website is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a price guarantee, or a contract. Descriptions of services are general summaries and may change without notice.

The signed agreement controls

Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work signed by both parties. That signed document defines the scope, price, schedule, revisions, ownership, and cancellation terms for the work.

If anything on this website ever conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Nothing here modifies, expands, or replaces it. Pricing discussed in conversation, by email, or in a proposal that has not been signed remains an estimate until it is signed.

Payment

Invoices are issued through Stripe and are due on receipt unless the signed agreement states otherwise. Project work is typically billed as a deposit before work begins and the balance before launch or handoff. Work is scheduled and begins once payment clears. Specific amounts, milestones, and late-payment consequences are set out in the signed agreement.

Ownership of work

Ownership of deliverables transfers as described in the signed agreement, normally after final payment. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, libraries, and general know-how used to produce the work, unless the agreement says otherwise. Content on this website, including text, layout, and marks, belongs to us.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to this site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use it to break the law. We may restrict access if you do.

No guarantee of results

We guarantee the work, tracking, reporting, and iteration described in a signed agreement. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or business outcomes, and we do not guarantee the availability of third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics services, payment processors, or search engines.

The website is provided as is

This website is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for decisions made in reliance on general information published here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this website. Liability relating to client work is governed by the signed agreement for that work.

Information practices for this site are described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of the page changes when we do, and continued use of the site after that means you accept the update.
